Missional Church Seminar

New Hope Baptist Church in Bay City will be hosting the first of three Saturday seminars on Becoming a MissionalChurch, on Saturday, March 28th, led by Rev. Tucker J. Gunneman.  These workshops are part of the “New Birth Living Hope Initiative” that New Hope Baptist has engaged.

The Initiative is a process for recreating your church from a stable or declining congregation to a growing Missional congregation that impacts its community for Christ. The first seminar will focus on the Practices of a Missional church and where it focuses its ministry.  Included will be a brief survey that will help you identify the Ministry priorities of a Missional church and which of them are strong and which need attention for your local church.  The afternoon seminar will focus on how to pray Missionally to release God’s power in your church and community.  We will begin at
8:30am with registration, coffee and refreshments, the first workshop will begin promptly at 9am, and we will end by 2:30pm

The registration fee is $15 per person, which includes the handouts and lunch.  Please contact Pastor Lee Austin at pastoraustin@charter.net, or Prudy Bannick Kpbannick@att.net by Thursday, March 26th if you plan to attend.  Fees can be paid at the time of registration.
